Unexpected boost

This man is reponsible for a 110% increase in my comic's traffic.

A couple of days ago, Jenny pointed out a sudden and rather dramatic boost on traffic heading to All over the house.

We initially thought this could be due to the fact that our comic about a judge not understanding what Twitter is was going to be in the forthcoming issue of Mensa magazine but, of course, that has not been posted to subscribers yet.

So what was the reason for this sudden and unexpected boost in traffic? Well I just found out after a quick Google search. It’s quite surprising really.

Skepta, a rapper from London, made a new song called All over the house; in which he talks about how he and a girlfriend of his have been getting intimate with one-another in every possible location within his abode. Apparently the sexually explicit video is what has people talking. It has porn stars in it, doing what porn stars do best. Suffice to say it is not safe for work.

I have to admit I was somewhat surprised by this turn of events. It is also quite funny from my point of view because All over the house is about as far from porn as you can get. We hardly touch on the subject of relationships and even when we do, it’s because the characters can’t manage one. They never manage to get anywhere near the subject matter of this music video.

So anyway I have to say thank you to Skepta for sending so much traffic our way. Maybe I’ll draw him a comic to say thanks for the traffic.
